Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Transport Service Manager France (f/m) to join our PITC department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing General Cargo Operations via air, sea, road, and train. As part of the Transport Operations Team, you will be involved in managing the Lead Transport Provider (LTP) aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality across Airbus plants and FALs. Your challenges: Oversee inbound/outbound General Cargo transport operations and validate non-routine transport requests to support manufacturing plants and FALs. Monitor Lead Transport Provider (LTP) performance KPIs (Delivery, Quality, CO2, Cost) and establish corrective action plans for network issues. Conduct site audits and operational reviews with 3PL/4PL partners to enforce compliance with transport regulations, EHS, and ethics standards. Execute contract management deliverables including scope change requests, claim resolution, and cost-optimization targets aligned with AOP. Deploy continuous improvement projects and Lean methods across European road networks (e.g., ATOS Transformation, OPTIFLOW). Your boarding pass: Background in Transport, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent technical discipline Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transport operations, logistics, or supplier management Technical proficiency with Airbus operational tools (QLIK, SKYWISE, AirSupply, TRANSPORT APP) and supplier tools (MyWS, MyCSL) Expertise in international transport regulations, contract management, and EHS fundamentals Project management experience applied to supply chain transformation and Lean processes English at a fluent/advanced level Not a 100% match?
