Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist (f/m) to join our POMDB department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Detail Parts operational performance. As part of the Detail Parts Supply Team, you will be involved in a portfolio of around 15 hard metals machining, forming, and turning suppliers aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality. Your challenges: Deploy APQP deliverables (FMEA, Key Characteristics, Control Plans, MSA, SPC) with suppliers to secure convergence to industrial maturity targets. Perform product and Quality Management System (QMS) audits to evaluate compliance against EN9100, EASA, and Airbus standard requirements. Drive root cause analysis and resolution of non-conformities using 8D and 9S methodologies to eradicate supplier quality events. Analyze supplier performance KPIs and operational quality data to implement derisking, improvement, and recovery plans. Define and follow up on the supplier surveillance plan, identifying industrial risks and executing concrete mitigation action plans. Your boarding pass: Professional experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technical proficiency in APQP methods (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk) Proven experience as a Product or QMS Auditor/Assessor (EN9100, EASA regulations) Practical mastery of structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, PPS) and Lean tools (VSM, process improvement) English at an advanced level; French at a negotiation level Not a 100% match?
