This position reports to: Local Division Manager __ 募集ポジション概要 ABBエレクトリフィケーション事業本部 サービス事業部の日本法人において、国内顧客向けのサービス提供、設計協力、拡販支援をご担当いただきます。 本ポジションでは、サービスエンジニアとして現場作業にも従事いただき、SCADAシステムの設計支援、コミッショニング、トラブルシューティングに加え、ABBのDigital Solutionに関する技術的知見を活かして営業活動の支援も行っていただきます。 また、必要に応じて海外拠点での短期研修や設計業務にも携わっていただくため、グローバルな環境で経験を広げることができます。 職務形態ハイブリッド勤務 出張頻度70～80％（国内・海外出張を含む） 主な業務内容SCADAシステムの設計業務の支援 SCADAシステムのコミッショニング、トラブルシューティングの実施 サービスエンジニアとしての現場作業 ※建設現場を含む システム導入時の試運転、通信試験、対向試験の実施および支援 最終的なシステム構成のテストおよび不具合対応 顧客へのトレーニングおよび再トレーニングの実施、導入後の継続的なサポート・サービス提供 ABBのDigital Solutionに関する理解を深め、営業部門と連携した技術提案、拡販支援、ペネトレーション活動 顧客ニーズに応じた技術的な提案、導入支援、問い合わせ対応 新機能や機能改善、製品バリエーションに関する提案を通じた、ソフトウェア製品ロードマップやポートフォリオへの貢献 ソフトウェア開発、ソフトウェア品質、ソフトウェアテスト、DevOps、サイバーセキュリティ、ソフトウェアリリース、保守運用、リリース管理などの関連業務への対応 必要に応じて、海外拠点における短期研修（1か月程度）および設計業務への従事 応募資格必須要件専門学校卒以上 制御機器に関わる3年以上の実務経験 （試運転、通信試験、対向試験の経験を含む） SCADAシステムおよびネットワーク関連機器に関する実務経験 日本語で円滑に業務遂行ができる方 英語ビジネスレベル （海外拠点との研修、技術連携、設計業務に対応可能なレベル） 日本の運転免許 歓迎要件受配電設備に関わる現場経験 受配電設備、電気設備に関する技術的知見 求める人物像積極的に行動し、主体的に業務へ取り組める方 オーナーシップを持って課題解決を推進できる方 関係者と協調しながら業務を進められる方 透明性を持って誠実にコミュニケーションできる方 新しい技術や知識に対して好奇心を持ち、学び続けられる方 このポジションの魅力SCADAシステムの設計支援から現場立上げ、保守サポートまで幅広く携わることができます ABBのDigital Solutionに関する知見を活かし、技術面から拡販にも貢献できます 国内外の現場や海外拠点との連携を通じて、実践的かつグローバルな経験を積むことができます Position OverviewIn the Japan entity of ABB’s Electrification Business Area, Service Division, you will be responsible for providing services to domestic customers, supporting system design, and contributing to sales expansion. In this role, you will work as a Service Engineer, engaging in on-site activities. Your responsibilities will include supporting the design of SCADA systems, commissioning, and troubleshooting. In addition, you will leverage your technical knowledge of ABB’s Digital Solutions to support sales activities. You may also participate in short-term training and design work at overseas offices as needed, allowing you to expand your experience in a global environment. Work StyleHybrid work model Business travel: 70–80% (including domestic and international travel) Key ResponsibilitiesSCADA-Related WorkSupport design activities for SCADA systems Execute commissioning and troubleshooting for SCADA systems Field Service ActivitiesPerform on-site work as a service engineer (including construction sites) Conduct and support system commissioning, communication testing, and end-to-end testing Perform final system configuration testing and resolve defects Customer SupportProvide customer training and retraining Deliver ongoing post-installation support and services Technical Sales SupportDevelop a strong understanding of ABB’s Digital Solutions Support technical proposals and sales activities in collaboration with the sales team Provide technical proposals, implementation support, and respond to customer inquiries Product and Software ContributionContribute to software product roadmaps and portfolios through proposals on new features, improvements, and variations Engage in activities related to: Software development Software quality assurance Software testing DevOps Cybersecurity Release management and maintenance operations Global CollaborationParticipate in short-term training (approximately 1 month) at overseas locations when necessary Engage in design work at overseas offices Requirements (Must-Have)Technical college diploma or higher At least 3 years of hands-on experience with control equipment Including commissioning, communication testing, and end-to-end testing Practical experience with SCADA systems and network equipment Business-level Japanese proficiency Business-level English proficiency (capable of handling overseas training, technical collaboration, and design work) Japanese Drivers Lisence Preferred QualificationsOn-site experience with power distribution and receiving facilities Technical knowledge of electrical and power distribution equipment Desired ProfileProactive and self-motivated Strong ownership in driving problem-solving Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders Honest and transparent in communication Curious and willing to continuously learn new technologies and knowledge What Makes This Role AttractiveOpportunity to work across the full lifecycle of SCADA systems—from design support to commissioning and maintenance Ability to contribute to business expansion through technical expertise in ABB’s Digital Solutions Gain practical, global experience through collaboration with international sites and teams More about us.
