We’re looking for a Director of Product to help define how the world’s largest organizations adopt AI-powered enterprise workflows across design, product development, and software creation. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise product strategy, AI innovation, customer partnership, and go-to-market leadership. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and customers to shape the future of enterprise collaboration and product development. We’re looking for a charismatic leader to help lead our teams through this transformative time. What you’ll do at Figma: Define and drive product strategy for AI enterprise-focused product areas, enabling the biggest companies in the world to support their teams through AI-powered business transformation This role owns admin experiences, file browser and search, permissions, and AI governance tooling Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for our Enterprise users. Work directly with large enterprise customers to understand evolving AI needs around security, permissions, governance, compliance, and organizational workflows Help shape how AI transforms collaboration between designers, PMs, engineers, and broader product teams Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer teams to ensure enterprise customer insights directly inform roadmap and product strategy Mentor and uplevel product managers across the organization through strong product thinking, customer empathy, and operational excellence We’d love to hear from you if you have: 8+ years of experience leading and developing Product ICs and Managers in an enterprise SaaS environment through mentorship and organizational leadership Successful track record of building and shipping products for large-scale enterprise customers with complex requirements (security, governance, permissions) and influencing product direction through direct customer engagement and strategic partnerships Strong understanding of AI product strategy, AI-powered workflows, and developer/design tooling ecosystems, coupled with deep curiosity about how AI transforms team collaboration Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and executive leadership Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in executive-facing or customer-facing environments While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Direct experience working on AI-powered collaboration, creativity, or productivity tools Background in developer platforms, workflow systems, or enterprise infrastructure products Experience leading organizational change management or AI transformation initiatives inside large enterprises At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
