Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to Sony's business priorities and transformation initiatives. Build trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, business decision makers, and technology leaders across Sony Group companies. Manage high-value enterprise agreements and complex negotiations while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term growth. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and accountability for revenue growth and customer success. Several years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development experience.Proven experience managing large and complex enterprise customers. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence decision making across large organizations. Experience developing and executing account strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.Strong understanding of cloud computing, digital transformation, data, security, and AI technologies.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Fluent Japanese communication skills required.Business-level English communication skills nessary Experience with cloud platforms, AI transformation initiatives, or large enterprise agreements is highly desirable.
