DESCRIPTION: Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Sr. Clinical Demand Generation Manager, where you'll support revenue growth and contribute to serving science. You'll develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and services. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent support to help customers achieve their goals. This role offers the chance to represent a leader in scientific solutions while contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute demand-generation and territory strategies for the clinical market for procalcitonin across East India. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while building a strong and sustainable pipeline. Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and influencers across clinicians, clinical laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. Understand customer workflows and requirements to position relevant Thermo Fisher Scientific solutions. Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority customers. Drive customer engagements, scientific programs, workshops, and market-development initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing team. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in CRM and support pipeline management and forecasting. Collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix organization to deliver business objectives. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare or related industries. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product applications and workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong territory management, strategic account planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment. Fluency in English; additional regional language skills preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.
