The Data Center Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator partners with business leaders, Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Human Resources, and recruiting operations to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives across the data center market. This role coordinates recruiting projects and hiring events while maintaining accurate employment and candidate information, producing reports, and helping deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
