As our L&C Strategic Programs & Delivery Lead, you will play an integral role in driving our transformation initiatives, connecting priorities across the organization, and building future-ready capabilities. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will lead a dynamic team to turn strategic vision into measurable operational reality. The OpportunityLead the execution of strategic change projects and transformation portfolios to advance core Legal & Compliance initiatives. Coordinate annual strategic planning cycles and align executive priorities for the Legal & Compliance Leadership Team. Track cross-functional performance metrics and translate key indicators into clear reporting for senior leadership. Manage global learning frameworks and upskilling programs to build future-ready capabilities across the organization. Facilitate strategic change management, communications, and network events to drive a cohesive global culture. Manage project pipelines and partner with global support hubs and external consultants to ensure timely delivery. Lead and mentor a direct team while overseeing administrative workflows and logistics for executive events. Who You AreYou bring 5–8 years of experience in strategic management, corporate operations, consulting, or project portfolio management. You are an experienced leader adept at managing, mentoring, and empowering multidisciplinary teams. You possess strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives on time. You excel at building cross-functional relationships across HR, Finance, IT, and operational support hubs.
