Your role and responsibilities: Perform electro-mechanical maintenance activities safely and in compliance with ABB safety standards and procedures. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation. Sustain the physical demands of the role, including performing essential maintenance duties throughout scheduled shifts. Promptly communicate any limitations affecting the ability to perform essential job functions and collaborate on reasonable accommodation solutions when needed. Qualifications for the role: Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, mechanical drawings, assembly prints, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams. Proficiency working with electrical wiring, motor controls, sensors, actuators, VFDs, conveyors, gearboxes, mechanical drives, brakes, and clutches. Skilled in diagnosing equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes, and performing effective repairs or component replacements. Experience performing preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, testing, welding, and basic facility maintenance activities. Strong commitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and adherence to maintenance procedures, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
