Job Description The Masar Development Program is a structured leadership development program designed for high-potential Saudi fresh graduates who aspire to build a career in pharmaceutical marketing. The program provides a unique opportunity to develop strategic marketing, business, digital, and leadership capabilities through a combination of formal learning, mentorship, cross-functional rotations, and hands-on project experience. Participants will follow a structured development journey designed to accelerate their growth from campus graduates to future marketing leaders.
