We are a team of finance professionals with a special focus on business partnering, support of Commercial Business Units and technical capabilities. The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for the following processes and activities, among others: · Partnering with different local business functions, providing recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders. · Performs financial analysis. · Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports on sales and opex (brand spending) for business units. · Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with Accounting Team. · Support in preparation of Operating Procedures, Compliance and Internal Audit requests. · Provide financial insights to ensure growth, profitability, and integrity across the company. · Support on ongoing projects and connect with financial stakeholders inside and outside IM Spain. · Responsible for headcount forecasting, reporting, and governance processes, ensuring alignment with financial budgets and workforce strategies. · Responsible for Balance management, ensuring accurate planning, monitoring, and reconciliation of financial balances across the organization. · Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities. · Digital Ambassador leading the creation, continuous improvement, and optimization of tools that drive efficiency and business value QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications: University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or similar Advanced in both written & spoken English. Required Skills · Analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner. · Excellent communication skills to work and effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, both locally and abroad · Excellent business partnering skills (team player). · Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative. · Prioritizes well and meets commitment in deadline-driven environment. · Coordinates activities to ensure their accurate and timely completion. · Good functional knowledge of US GAAP and ES GAAP · Adapts quickly to changing business and work demands. · Capacity to learn and accept additional responsibilities. · Advance skills in Excel and new digital tools Required Experience: At least 4 years’ experience on similar tasks or role with a deep knowledge in application of new digital tools.
