Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern - Global Intercompany, from January to May 2027 located in Manila, Philippines. As a Global Fixed Assets Intern, you will support day-to-day operations and help deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes. You will build practical knowledge of Fixed Asset and Project Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, asset management and disposal, financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis. You will also have opportunities to contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen operational excellence. Working alongside experienced finance professionals across regions, you will develop valuable technical and professional skills, broaden your global perspective, and make a meaningful contribution to continuous improvement projects. Key Responsibilities 1) Fixed Asset and Project Accounting Support Process Capital Appropriation Requests and validate the completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation and required approvals. Support the annual Approval Hierarchy Review by reconciling reviewer responses, following up on outstanding actions, and validating submitted maintenance requests. Review, assign, and monitor Service Management tickets to support timely resolution of stakeholder requests and inquiries. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by monitoring key deliverables and BlackLine task certifications. Assist in the cleanup and standardization of BlackLine task activities across regions. Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repositories to support consistent ways of working. Support audit, compliance, and internal control documentation activities as needed. 2) Process Improvement and Digital Transformation Analyze existing workflows and help identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate manual and repetitive activities. Support data preparation, analysis, dashboard development, and reporting to provide clear and actionable business insights. Contribute to continuous improvement projects by gathering requirements, tracking actions, and helping implement scalable solutions across Global Fixed Assets. 3) Knowledge Management and Collaboration Organize, review, and update process documents, training materials, and knowledge repositories to keep information accurate, consistent, and easy to find. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across regions and functions to gather inputs, share knowledge, and support coordinated delivery of Global Fixed Assets initiatives. Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and learning activities, and apply acquired knowledge to assigned responsibilities and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in any of the following areas: Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administratio, Other related business courses Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and work in a global, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of accounting principles and an interest in Fixed Asset and Project Accounting processes, including capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data validation, and basic data analysis. Exposure to enterprise finance systems or workflow tools, such as SAP or S/4HANA, BlackLine, or similar platforms, is an advantage. Digitally curious and able to use AI-enabled tools responsibly while maintaining data confidentiality, accuracy, and sound judgment. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
