What You'll Do Supplier Strategy & Performance Own strategic relationships and performance initiatives across assigned Internal and External Third Party Suppliers, leading business reviews and discussions on pricing, availability, lead times, backlog, stocking, product expansion, and operational performance. Drive supplier commitments, escalations, and complex issues from identification through resolution, engaging the appropriate internal or supplier leadership when needed. Candidate Profile The successful candidate is a business-minded problem solver who combines analytical capability with strong relationship management and execution. You do not simply identify problems—you take ownership of moving them toward resolution. You are comfortable working in an environment where the solution may require analyzing data, contacting a supplier, engaging multiple internal teams, challenging an existing process, developing a financial recommendation, and escalating to leadership. You can move between detailed operational work and broader strategic thinking without losing sight of the business objective. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in supplier/vendor management, procurement, sourcing, commercial operations, supply chain, product management, or a related field.
