This position reports to: Quality Manager __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance. The work model for the role is: onsite (Kecskemét) This role is contributing to the Electrification - Installation Products in Hungary. Responsibilities: Establish, develop, monitor and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 Prepare and maintain documentation related to ISO 9001 requirements Evaluate products against internal specifications and determine whether they meet the OK criteria or are classified as NG Ensure a suitable environment and appropriate conditions for accurate product measurement and quality assessment Train employees responsible for measurement and quality checks, develop their measurement skills and monitor their competency levels Communicate with customers on quality-related matters, including specifications, complaints, claims and quality requirements Lead quality issue resolution by coordinating cross-functional teams with the relevant departments Develop training materials and provide training to employees on quality systems, rules and standards Investigate quality-related issues and prepare clear reports on findings and actions Requirements: University or college degree 3–4 years of relevant professional experience Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment What we offer: Enjoy stable employment at a company with a long-standing history of innovation and technology Collaborate with experienced professionals and industry experts Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, cafeteria and commuting allowance Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
