This Position reports to: GI Engineering Group Manager 職務内容本ポジションでは、ABBの標準プロセスおよび安全ガイドラインに基づき、主に汎用ロボットにおけるサービス・ポートフォリオを適切かつ効率的に提供し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献していただきます。日々の業務においては、技術サポートの実行、専門領域におけるスペシャリストとしての対応、課題解決を担っていただきます。また、顧客およびABBの営業チームと積極的にコミュニケーションを図り、顧客ニーズの的確な把握とサービスビジネスの成長機会の創出に貢献していただきます。勤務形態:ハイブリッド 本ポジションは ABB Robotics Japan株式会社 に所属します。主な職務内容各種サービス領域において、リモートまたはオンサイトでの技術サポートおよびトラブルシューティングの実施します 顧客ニーズに応じたサービス提案に向け、最適なサービスアプリケーション、設備、手法を検討し、新たなサービス提供の開発・展開に貢献します サービスソリューションに関する技術コンサルティングを、社内(マネジメント)および顧客に提供します 新たな営業機会の創出に向け、顧客および営業チームと連携し、ニーズの把握とサービス拡販を推進します 応募資格ロボティクス業界に関心があり、同分野での業務に意欲的に取り組める方 基本的な機械または電気に関する知識 現場作業の経験、または現場環境への理解がある方 出張、週末・祝日・長期休暇期間中などの勤務に柔軟に対応できる方 英語での基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な方または意欲がある方 日本語:ビジネスレベル(JLPT N1相当必須) 変化に柔軟に対応できる適応力のある方 Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the ABB Robotics Japan K.K. You will be mainly accountable for: Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category. Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively. Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers. Identifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. Qualifications for the roleYou are interested in and enjoy working with Robotics market. Basic knowledge of mechanic or elctric. Better have on-site experience or be familiar with the on-site environment. No resistance for business trips, wokiing inweekends, holidays, and long vacations. You are at ease communicating in English. Must have JLPT N1 level in Japanese.
