Role and Key responsibilities: Responsible for over sales performance management of the program and liaise with all functions as well as clients to design sales improvement strategies Conduct monthly sales transaction audits and share feedback to improve process knowledge, selling skills Work closely with the Quality & Training teams, to co-own team and unit level targets Perform operational activities such as processing sales contacts, transaction monitoring, participation in the process calibration sessions Sharing overall sales performance reporting and key project benefits Knows, understands and appropriately applies sales / soft skills, methods and processes required for the position.
