As the Developer Intelligence Team Lead, you will drive the adoption of cutting-edge Developer AI solutions, streamlining workflows and accelerating software delivery across the enterprise. The opportunity: Lead the Developer Intelligence team in providing foundational, AI-enhanced tools and capabilities that empower developers across Roche. Own the full product lifecycle, from initial feature requests and project scoping through deployment and long-term maintenance. Set clear technical focus and priorities, removing impediments to ensure efficient delivery and high-quality software outcomes. Drive team capability development by aligning individual career growth with function-wide engineering goals. Manage team health and sustainability by fostering psychological safety, healthy dynamics, and a sustainable, manageable pace of work. Partner with Product Managers to co-create technical roadmaps and manage stakeholder expectations through data-driven communication. Define success metrics and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimizing processes and boosting team efficiency. Who you are: Requires 5+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, or similar roles, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams. Demonstrates deep familiarity with enterprise-grade AI software development, agentic engineering, and modern platform engineering practices. Exhibits a lean and agile mindset, with an ability to navigate complexity, build high-performing teams, and drive innovation through servant leadership. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate user feedback into scalable platform features and engage effectively with globally distributed stakeholders. Proven ability to guide tools from scratch (POCs) and scale them to thousands of global users, managing the entire lifecycle from new feature requests to maintenance, support, and eventual decommissioning Experience managing platform reliability and meeting the SLAs of heterogeneous customers and globally distributed teams Strong understanding of software and product development methodologies, with a track record of translating user feedback into scalable platform features Nice to have: Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry. *What you get: Salary range 19 075 - 34 425 PLN gross based on the employment contract. Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
