The PositionThe Opportunity The Senior HCP Adoption Sales Specialist is a field-based role focused on driving clinician engagement, prescriptions, and CGM adoption within an assigned territory. Under the proposed structure, the Specialist is coached directly by the NPC Commercial Lead, allowing full focus on clinical relationships, product differentiation, and sales performance — while the Commercial Lead owns distributor, procurement, and MOH-committee responsibilities on the team’s behalf. Key Responsibilities - Clinician Engagement & Prescriptions: Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and other HCPs, driving prescriptions and clinical advocacy for CGM. - Product Differentiation: Deliver clear, compliant messaging on CGM product benefits and clinical differentiation versus alternatives. - Territory Sales Performance: Achieve agreed sales targets within the assigned territory through consistent, well-planned HCP coverage. - Coaching & Follow-Up: Work closely with the NPC Commercial Lead through a structured cadence of coaching and follow-up on daily visit execution. - Feedback & Reporting: Provide field-level input to the NPC Commercial Lead on HCP sentiment, competitive activity, and adoption barriers to inform overall strategy. Who you are Required Experience and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related clinical field. - 6 - 15 years of experience in a clinical, medical device, or pharmaceutical field-sales role, ideally with diabetes care or near-patient testing exposure. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with HCPs and drive prescription behavior. - Comfortable working under a hands-on, coaching-style leadership model with a structured daily/weekly follow-up cadence. - Fluent in English and Arabic.
