Partner closely with Field Applications Engineers (FAEs), Business Units, and Operations teams. Align pricing strategy, supply considerations, and customer engagement plans across stakeholders. Represent regional business insights and market intelligence into broader organizational planning. Maintain high standards for data quality, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility. Champion the use of AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and best practices to improve sales execution. Identify gaps in coverage, capability, or execution and implement improvement plans. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in semiconductor sales, channel sales, technical sales, or related technology industries. Experience working with distribution partners and indirect sales business models. Demonstrated record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives. Experience supporting embedded technologies or complex technical product portfolios. Background collaborating closely with Field Applications Engineers or technical sales organizations. Experience leading business execution across broad geographic territories. Strong understanding of distribution-driven sales motions and partner ecosystem management.
