This position reports to: Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to [lead warehouse operations and drive process optimization]. Each day, you will [manage daily warehouse tasks, lead the team, and ensure inventory accuracy]. The work model for the role is: {onsite} This role is contributing to the {Planning & Logistics/CNXDR_ITS/ELDS } in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are { Operation-related internal departments}. You will be mainly accountable for:Responsible for assigning task and manage daily work for warehouse staff, training, coaching and assessing staff to ensure the meet the KPI performance. Establish and update work procedures to meet warehouse demands as demand by production schedule and work flow. Develops and maintain departmental work instructions for all tasks. Regularly organize cycle counting and annual stock taking, analyze inventory differences, and ensure inventory accuracy. Optimize packaging and delivery methods, improve storage capacity, and utility ratio of warehouse. Support to launch electronic information system, optimize SAP process and continuous improvement Monitor and control warehouse daily operations and work procedures, material and information flows comply with company compliance integrity and safety requirements. Qualifications for the roleCollege degree or above; Major in logistics/machinery/electronic/management Familiar with and understand manufacturing management requirements. Trained in ISO, logistics management, ERP, warehouse management, familiar with SAP; Proficient in Office software, basic English reading and writing skills; More than 3 years' experience in warehouse management of manufacturing enterprises, familiar with production process and warehouse management; Good at communication skills and teamwork, hard-working attitude strong responsibility.
