Job Description: The candidate will lead the Project Supply Management team inside Procurement and Supply Chain department in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) working on the different Space business: Launchers, Science & Exploration, Navigation & Telecommunication and Batteries Assembly Line. Engage, develop and motivate the direct/transversal team(s), promoting collaboration and out of silos mindset. Deliver on safety, quality, on time and on cost expected and committed deliverables. Adopt lean means to detect and eliminate wastes and not added value tasks/activities. Secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus profitability. Tasks and Accountabilities 1. To manage associated direct team. 2. To engage, develop and motivate the direct team, promoting collaboration and out of silos mindset. Execution and implementation of the Source process and associated sub-processes. Optimization of human and material resources to achieve maximum competitiveness. Convey information (instructions) in an accurate and reliable way and perform an effective and efficient control of suppliers’ activities to ensure a close and clear understanding of the need. Comply with Airbus Ethics & Compliance standards. To comply with Airbus Export Control standards. 3. To secure the business at short/mid/long term, contributing to increase Airbus Crisa and Airbus profitability. 4. The person in charge participates and/or coordinates: Team meetings Coordination meetings with other areas as required. Local and transversal reporting of the organization 5. This management of PSM skill implies: Represent the whole Procurement organization in front of Programs/Sales. Consolidate Procurement deliverables, by respecting milestones and delivering on time, on cost and on quality for supplied products and/or services in line with requirements. Consolidate dashboard and the Programs/Sales dedicated reporting, including risk, claims and change management. Accountable for OQOTOC delivery of products and related documentation & services. Ensure that purchasing processes are correctly and consistently applied. Facilitate the exchange of information and lessons learnt between projects. Drafting, negotiation and execution of new procurement contracts integrating all relevant requirements (e.g. economic, commercial, technological, legal, risk management). Contractual analysis of agreements during the contract administration phase and/or in case of disagreements / potential forthcoming disputes between Company and suppliers concerning existing procurement contracts. According to sourcing strategies & project constraints, organize overall for the project the tender evaluation & supplier selection/negotiation process. Ensure coherence between Programs/Sales and Procurement matters and as such define and agree the appropriate procurement approach. Coordinate the Supply Management functions supporting the proposal. Prepare & submit a cost brochure detailing Supply Management commitments (products prices plus procurement effort). Within a Product Line / Project (when appointed to). Issue a Supply Management consolidated reporting towards Project / Product Line (hardware cost, TCO including non-quality cost, OQ / OT metrics, issues, risks & opportunities) 6. To ensure adequate management, accountability and competitiveness of external subcontractors manufacturing activities (equipment and unit tester manufacturing) 7. Drive business transformation, support employees, ensure safety at work, demonstrate leadership, and cultural change. French is valuable Minimum 2 years of experience in direct people management with knowledge and experience gained in in leadership methods according to the Airbus Leadership Model Experience in Procurement and / or Legal and / or Commercial Successful experience in drafting and negotiating procurement and / or commercial contracts. Experience in dealing with customers and / or suppliers, able to convey requirements and to interface with suppliers' higher management. Good knowledge of, and experience in, all matters covered by Procurement i.e. selected supplier proposal review, negotiation, export control, subcontract management, supplier management, change process, invoicing and payment, dispute resolution, etc. Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mind-set and ability to prioritize workload Project management experience.
