The Sales Coordinator & G&A is responsible for the company's internal policy on Sales Order to Cash, and carries out general affairs duties. In addition, it enables the sales team to operate smoothly by supporting before and after orders and provides internal sales support for business operations by communicating with customers.. This position reports to the Customer Care Manager and is part of the Leica microsystems Korea located in Seoul, Korea and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: As a window person for all sales related inquiries, support to achieve the business target of the Korean branch by communicating with channel partners, factories (worldwide), sales representatives, marketing, and other major internal customers and suppliers on a daily basis. Order entry according to DEMO request and arrange in collaboration with Logistic team. Responsible for SAP/ERP/CRM system data management, maintaining accurate and correct records of all business-related information. The essential requirements of the job include : Bachelor’s degree Experience in using SAP Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 3+ years of experience in an administrative role (e.g., Sales Administrator) Strong organizational and time management skills Intermediate spoken and written English, with proficiency in Word and Excel Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
