Responsibilities: HR Operations & Employee Journey Management Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Compliance & Labor Law Training Support & HR Data Management Training Support & HR Data Management Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline Minimum 4–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist or specialist capacity. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labor law compliance. Exposure to regional HR practices and experience supporting regional HR initiatives would be an advantage. Experience working within a multinational, matrix, or international business environment is preferred. Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday.
