This role will require 15-20% travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. ​ The Multichannel Marketing and Insights team at Medtronic is seeking a Senior Global Integrated Marketing Specialist to support global growth marketing strategy, campaign planning, and content strategy for Core Surgical Innovations. This individual contributor role helps translate business priorities, customer insights, and performance learnings into scalable marketing approaches that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and commercial growth. As a global growth marketing partner, this role collaborates closely with product and procedural marketing teams, regional marketers, and cross-functional subject matter experts to equip regional teams with campaign frameworks, content strategies, and channel approaches that can be adapted for local market execution. The role balances global consistency with regional relevance, ensuring strategies are actionable, reusable, and aligned to customer needs across the journey. Success in this role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer who can influence across a matrixed organization, turn insights into clear recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness. This individual will help establish scalable practices that improve content consistency, campaign performance, and regional adoption while strengthening shared accountability for pipeline contribution and business outcomes. A Day in the Life Develop campaign playbooks, content models, and activation guidance that regional teams can adapt to improve consistency, efficiency, and adoption across markets. Partner with regional marketing teams to gather market insights, validate campaign approaches, support localization, and connect global strategies to measurable adoption, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, and business outcomes. Establish feedback loops to synthesize regional insights, competitive intelligence, and campaign learnings into improved global strategies and messaging. Lead global content strategy and planning, ensuring content supports customer needs, aligns to campaign objectives, and can be efficiently localized and reused across markets. Define measurement frameworks, establish KPIs, and use performance insights, experimentation, and best-practice sharing to improve marketing effectiveness across regions. Establish governance standards and repeatable processes for campaign planning, content reuse, localization, measurement, and regional adoption. Lead strategic agency relationships to expand marketing capabilities, drive innovation, and support global growth marketing initiatives. Travel approximately 15-20% Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required with at least 4 years, or advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or a related marketing role, with demonstrated experience developing data-driven programs that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or commercial growth. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or a related role. Demonstrated ability to develop campaign strategies and marketing programs across regions, markets, or customer segments. Strong experience working in a matrixed organization and partnering across global, regional, and cross-functional teams. Ability to develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes that improve consistency and adoption across markets. Experience building and executing data-driven marketing programs that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and commercial growth. Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, agency partners, and internal resources. High attention to detail and a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to turn data into action. Experience planning, testing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, including email, web, SEO, paid media, social media, and account-based marketing. Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including segmentation, customer journeys, automation, and lifecycle marketing. Ability to synthesize customer, campaign, competitive, and market insights into clear marketing strategies and plans. Experience defining KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and recommending improvements. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
