Role details We are currently hiring for a 4-month paid internship/co-op in Analytics & Insights from May 3, 2027 – Aug 20, 2027 at our Toronto headquarters. What does the work look like? What You'll Do Work as an internal business strategy partner, ensuring consumer and shopper insights are at the foundation of business decisions. Analyze consumer, customer, market, and business data to uncover insights and opportunities. Develop clear, compelling stories that connect data to business action. Help shape strategies by integrating analytics, market trends, and consumer understanding. Lead consumer research and analytics projects to understand consumer needs, behaviors, and motivations. Partner with Brand Management, Sales, Finance, R&D, and other functions to solve business challenges and drive growth. Contribute to identifying growth opportunities and influencing business strategy through consumer and shopper insights. Use state-of-the-start analytics tools to dig deep into the data, identifying key business drivers and assessing the impact of investments like advertising and in-store promotions. No two days are the same. One day you may be exploring consumer behavior and emerging trends; the next, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities for a leading P&G brand or customer.
