Opportunity to participate in the Generation Airbus Community to expand your own network Your tasks and responsibilitiesSupport the Quality Conformance Manager in daily tasks, including continuous quality improvement, creating KPI-Dashboards, and updating Control Plans. Explore behavioral science—specifically "Nudges"—as a complement to traditional quality management for your thesis project. Analyze human factor challenges, such as shifted attention (Prospective Memory) or underestimating risks (Availability Heuristic). Investigate specific use cases, for example the "Scuff Plate Protection", where titanium plates are left unprotected. Desired skills and qualificationsPractical knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Google Workplace Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Psychology, Behavioral Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field of study. First practical experience in the field of project management and/or data analysis is desirable. Fluent in German and English. Self-organized individual with high motivation.
