Our research & development division QA Strategy and Operations (S&O) drives progressive strategies and execution excellence, delivering high quality results across our research & development division and our research & development division QA, enabled by industry-leading QA talent. Our strategic imperatives enable optimized quality processes, drive our research & development division QA operating model, advance quality as a competitive advantage and promote the quality narrative. Primary Responsibilities: Proficient with data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Excel with Pivot Tables, etc. to create data visualizations and support the advancement of our research & development division QA Quality Management System Manages or leads data generation, metrics/analytics, and associated IT systems Maintains and advances our research & development division QA SharePoint Sites Manages the execution of SOP management and training processes Executes specific tasks within S&O to support enterprise and our research & development division QA priorities Leads their own specific tasks and responsibilities within a team, prioritizing time and effort towards important deliverables and producing high-quality work Contributes to the overall goals of the team by excelling at their individual role and taking initiative to improve their own skills Influences, partners and collaborates with other colleagues within and outside their team – across our research & development division. Supports departmental operational activities utilizing enterprise leadership skills, knowledge and judgement; proactively identifies issues using experience with guidance and support from our research & development division leadership team and colleagues within and external to our research & development division, as needed Conducts appropriate work in accordance with applicable and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable regulations and company policies/procedures As appropriate, supports regulatory compliance in our research & development division QA and partnering our research & development division areas (e.g., GLP, GCP, PV, Animal Welfare) Collaborates effectively across areas within our research & development division QA and stakeholders to achieve quality goals and understanding of and application of appropriate regulations in partnering our research & development division areas Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand regulations, technology and processes in detail to minimize and mitigate risks, given the complexity of assignments in this area Supports “One Quality Voice”, including creation and distribution of internal communications and organizing applicable meetings Support our research & development division QA and enterprise D&I journey (e.g. different and Inclusion projects) Education: Highschool diploma Knowledge and/or experience in a relevant field, along with proficiency in the primary activities and essential skills required for this role.
