The EHS Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for resolving issues of protection at work, advises on these issues, assesses environmental & occupational risks at given workplaces, checks whether companies operate in accordance with health and safety rules. This position is part of the Facilities department located in Stargard and will be on site position. You will be a part of the EHS team and report to the Associate Director Facilities, EHS, Calibration, who is responsible for Facilities department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: maintaining environmental & health and safety standards in the plant, proactive approach aimed at building awareness in occupational health and safety. cooperation with individual internal departments and external institutions in the field of environmental and health and safety co-creating detailed environmental safety instructions for the factory. cooperation with management in the field of health and safety preparation of reports, analyses, and summaries in accordance with polish law performing internal audits The essential requirements of the job include: Min. 3/4 years of experience in a similar position good knowledge of English (min. B2) knowledge of Polish Labor Law & Fire Safety Procedures & Regulations developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team. good organization of work, independence, accuracy, punctuality It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Ability to work with a focus on goals. Fire safety officer license, FM Global standard The ISO 45001:2018, 140001:2018, Internal Auditor qualifications will be an additional advantage.
