Collaborate with account teams across Japan and other regions to maximize global business opportunities and drive sustainable growth. Proactively develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer's industry, business strategy, and technology landscape to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and new solution adoption. Orchestrate extended virtual teams, internal industry experts, and partners to drive opportunity creation, solution design, and successful delivery, ensuring clear accountability and integrated joint account governance. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 7+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR 11+ years experience in working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives. 6+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals. Bachelor's Degree AND 11+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR Master's Degree AND 9+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education, technology) and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
