Job Title: Senior Systems Design/Architecture Engineer Role The Senior Engineer leads hardware and PCB design efforts, supports manufacturing, and maintains clear technical documentation to help projects move efficiently from development to execution. Key Responsibilities Lead hardware and PCB design and development for engineering projects Support manufacturing readiness, build issues, and technical problem-solving Create and maintain design documentation, specifications, and work instructions Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into hardware deliverables Identify risks early and communicate progress, issues, and priorities clearly Improve design, documentation, and manufacturing support processes Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers Core Skills and Experience Strong experience in hardware and PCB design Experience in Power Supply Design is highly valued Experience in product development and manufacturing support Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB layout, and design for manufacturability Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
