Perfume is a critical driver of consumer delight and business growth across P&G Beauty brands. In this role, you will create, test, and refine fragrance solutions by translating consumer insights, brand equities, and technical requirements into superior scent experiences. Working closely with R&D and Brand teams, you will ensure fragrances deliver both strong product performance and a distinctive brand expression. Success requires a balance of scientific expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of fragrance-product interactions. As part of the highly specialized Beauty Fragrance Design team, you will partner with experienced leaders across brands and categories to deliver irresistibly superior fragrance experiences. Working within clearly defined business and innovation objectives, you will contribute to fragrance strategy, development, and execution from concept through optimization. This highly collaborative role requires the ability to integrate consumer, brand, and product insights into winning fragrance solutions that strengthen brand equity and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to and execute strategies in the Beauty West Fragrance Design team Design, formulate, and develop new perfume and perfume technology creations Partner with R&D teams to integrate perfumes to deliver Irresistibly Superior experiences for our brands. Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning Work under limited supervision, following defined precedents and policies Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements Job Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Food Science or related field. Perfumery training and proven experience in the Flavors & Fragrances industry. Some travel domestically and potentially internationally (<10%). Working hours between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with flexible start time between 7-9 a.m.). At least 4 days per week working from our Mason, OH office. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Beauty fragrance industry. Degree or certification in Olfactory Sciences, Perfumery, or Fragrance evaluation.
