As a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) in our Commercial Finance team at Roche Diagnostics Chile, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to the local Sales and Marketing teams. Working alongside a collaborative team of FEPs and reporting to the FEP Lead, your mission will be to drive strategic commercial decision-making, optimize profitability, and balance resource allocation to ensure the sustainable growth of our business and maximize patient impact. About the opportunity: Act as a key commercial finance partner, building robust pricing models and profitability strategies in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Provide strategic advice on resource allocation across competing priorities and evaluate the financial implications of proposed business activities. Propose and execute P&L improvement initiatives, identifying upselling opportunities, efficiency gains, risk mitigation strategies, and process enhancements. Monitor and manage customer contract performance across the entire lifecycle through a profitability and outcome-focused lens. Drive business process optimization by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging digital/AI tools for faster, more accurate financial insights. Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of pricing and contract master data in SAP. Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Pricing Specialist, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional, with proven cross-functional collaboration. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of connecting financial data to commercial performance. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial numbers into clear, actionable insights for commercial stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving attitude with a continuous learner mindset, adaptability, and high drive for growth. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or financial automation.
