Job Description: The Senior Process Technician is responsible for supporting the setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PLP Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging (FOWLP) and Fan-In WLCSP manufacturing processes. The role provides technical support to process engineers and production teams to ensure stable process performance, product quality, equipment uptime, and successful qualification of new products and technologies. This position serves as a key technical resource in process line sustaining, maintaining process integrity, driving yield improvement activities, and supporting new process development and production ramp-up. Requirements/Qualifications: Technical diploma or degree in: Electronics Technology or Engineering or any related Engineering Semiconductor Manufacturing Mechatronics Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry with experience in Fan-In and Fan-out Wafer Level Packaging Travel Time: 0% - 25% To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
