Sr. Director, Design Quality & Reliability – OCI Data Center Infrastructure

Job description

TOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Sr. Director of Design and Product Quality & Reliability to establish and lead a new function responsible for the end-to-end quality and reliability strategy for OCI’s next-generation, GW-scale data center infrastructure builds. This leader will define the framework, governance, metrics, and operational rigor necessary to ensure that OCI’s data center designs and selected products achieve industry-leading reliability, durability, and operational performance. This role will own the development of a comprehensive Design and Product Quality & Reliability program spanning infrastructure design standards, product qualification, supplier quality expectations, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in critical infrastructure systems with proven experience building organizations and quality programs in large-scale data center environments.
