What You'll Be Doing: professional management of calls and emails; correspondence with customers in a polite manner, ensuring a high degree of their satisfaction; providing specific information and advice to clients; recording information and changes regarding customer data in the related applications of the job; getting familiar with the routine and processing target volumes of requests and calls - discussing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other designated persons, as well as contributing to improving the quality of the services provided by the team; involvement in the development/improvement of operational processes; attentive and active participation in the trainings offered by the company; compliance with the instructions from the team leader or the management line. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Polish and English (min. B2). Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role is a plus. Problem-Solver: You know how to find solutions and tackle challenges head-on. Quick Thinker: You can handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines. Independent Worker: Able to manage your tasks with little supervision and deliver results.
