What you will be doing As the Graduate Business Efficiency Leader, you will serve as the strategic architect of our operational success. In this role, you will drive financial control, optimize performance management, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet the reporting demands of a complex matrix organization. You will oversee all business activities by engineering and monitoring critical KPIs and KVIs, ensuring every FTM Central department aligns with our core objectives. Beyond oversight, you will act as a catalyst for growth, spearheading efficiency initiatives that transform raw data into streamlined, high-performance business results. You will also the operational and functional management to facilitate informed decision-making and business development. You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of a Fleet Technical Management Business Efficiency Leader and can expect to be involved in the following: Facilitate and anchor the FTM Central Monthly Performance Review, fostering a culture of transparency and high performance across all domains, Architect and implement process enhancements that prioritize high-efficiency output and ensure the FTM framework is fully scalable to meet evolving business demands, Drive business transformation by embedding industry-leading benchmarks and spearheading a culture of Continuous Improvement and LEAN methodologies, Leverage the local Digital and Innovation ecosystem to modernize workflows and eliminate operational redundancies in full alignment with Global Airline Engineering initiatives, Architect a robust FTM 'Make vs. Buy' framework for the Central Team, aligning immediate operational needs with a long-term strategic vision for fleet scalability, Running subcontracting performance management governance, assessing and improving it and means to monitor performance, Develop and evolve a robust FTM Central workload and resource forecasting model, ensuring it is harmonized and calibrated with the Global Airline Engineering Resource Model to drive data-led resource allocation/optimization, Monitoring and presenting of department's spending (Deliverables, Travel, Training, Subcontracted activities, Make and Buy ratio). Supporting the business with on-demand analysis linked to project/deliverable costs and detailed spending. Anticipating risks and taking appropriate actions with stakeholders to realign on guidance. ​ What we are looking forTo be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:- A degree level or equivalent in Business Management - Aviation Management is preferred or Aerospace Engineering. - Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Aviation Management or working with Maintenance Information Systems. - Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) - A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation - The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development. Other desirable requirements are: Experience in Maintenance Information System use (AMOS & AMASIS), Knowledge of AOP (Annual Operating Plans) process and Finance (including CPN, Cost Centers, RC/NRC), Strong knowledge of performance and quality processes, Knowledge of subcontractors management, including performance management, Strong Leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills, Superior organisational skills, flexibility to manage multiple priorities, adaptability to changing & challenging deadlines with attention to detail, Actively takes ownership, initiative and responsibility, Adaptability to different cultural environments, proven diplomacy skills, Familiarity with digital tools like QlikSense, SKYWISE and SAP basics is beneficial, Advanced skills in Google Sheets (Formulas) are beneicial Please note, we love your interest in working for Airbus but we do ask that you make only one application to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme.
