Process Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities: Investigation of customer complaints and implementation of process optimization measures Definition, setup, and documentation of production parameters Continuous optimization and improvement of production processes Coordination of product and process validations, including sample production activities Support in organizing the preventive maintenance of injection molding tools and machines Preparation of reports and maintenance of up-to-date production documentation Close cooperation with the Value Stream Manager, Technology Department, and Logistics Team, as well as with Process Engineers and Production Supervisors Professional development, supervision, and leadership of Technicians and Setup Technicians (6 employees) Application of LEAN management tools and methodologies (FQA, LPMS, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field Active English language skills, both written and spoken At least 3 years of experience in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes Proven experience in identifying, investigating, and analyzing root causes Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of effectively solving problems ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
