The PositionInternship - ERP Transformation Project Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented ERP Transformation Project Intern to join our global transformation team. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our SAP S/4HANA & EWM deployment, gaining hands-on exposure to a large-scale digital + business transformation. You will directly support the Project Management Office (PMO) and work cross-functionally across critical workstreams - including system integration, system testing, master data, user training, organizational change management, and technical/business go live. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn how a multi-million dollar technology implementation operates from the ground up and build highly marketable enterprise project management skills. Key Responsibilities 1. PMO & Governance SupportTrack Project Milestones Meeting Coordination RAID Log Management 2. Integration & Partner System ReadinessInterface Tracking Partner Coordination Cutover Planning for Systems 2. Master Data ReadinessData Readiness Tracking Data Dictionary & Governance Documentation Data Reconciliation Support 4. Testing CoordinationStatus & Defect Tracking Tester Support Test Logistics & Environment Readiness 5. Training, Authorizations & Organizational Change Management (OCM)Training Logistics Role Mapping Engagement & Event Coordination 6. Cutover & Hypercare SupportCutover Clockwork Command Center Operations Lessons Learned & Post-Mortem Documentation Job Requirements Education & ExperienceCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, IT, engineering, biotechnology, or related business and technical disciplines. Prior internship experience in project management, business analysis, or IT operations is highly desirable. Technical & Analytical SkillsTool Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred but not a must. Project Tools: Familiarity with project management collaboration tools is a strong plus. SAP Awareness: Basic understanding of what an ERP system is a major advantage but not mandatory (we will train you). Fluent English,at least business level. Soft Skills & CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks. Confident communication skills to interface effectively with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and internal business stakeholders.
