About this Position What you´ll do Recognized as Henkel’s EMI expert, with deep expertise in electromagnetic interference at both component and material levels; actively drives the development of breakthrough technologies, intellectual property and technical publications to position Henkel’s EMI solutions Regularly shapes strategy and tactical planning, accelerating the adoption of EMI technologies through insights derived from customer interactions, research and early design engagement Collaborates with global customer design centers and industry experts to develop and align technology roadmaps Engages directly with key customers to identify and translate evolving needs into new business opportunities and customer solutions Leads and manages key innovation and application development programs, with a strong understanding of customer needs and emerging technologies Proactively drives impact by sharing best practices across teams, technologies, applications and product lines within the strategic business unit Leads strategic recommendations, customer engagement, demonstrations, technical training sessions and problem-solving initiatives for EMI technologies Builds and leverages strong external networks and partnerships across research institutions, suppliers, OEM and Tier 1 customers and industry bodies
