This position focuses on standardizing, optimizing, and implementing best practices across various financial operations to enhance efficiency and provide insightful financial guidance to support strategic decision-making within the organization. Job Responsibilities:** * Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standardized actual reporting, support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across GE Healthcare China. * Manage the consolidation and analysis of financial data, providing comprehensive reports and insightful commentary to senior leadership on performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods. * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment analysis, and business case evaluations. * Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the FP&A function, leveraging tools and technologies to streamline operations. * Collaborate with various business units and functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights. * Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial systems and reports, implementing robust data governance practices. * Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations for management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. * Act as a subject matter expert for financial systems and tools, providing training and support to end-users as needed. * Contribute to the strategic direction of the FP&A CoE, defining its roadmap and service offerings. * Mentor and develop team members within the CoE, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with leadership or managerial experience, preferably within a multinational company. * Proven experience in establishing and managing a Center of Excellence or shared services model for FP&A. * Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling techniques. * Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, etc). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. * Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken). * Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
