Job Title: Sr. Supervisor, Facility Management Job Description Concentrix Malaysia is hiring a Senior Facility Supervisor to manage facility operations within a contact center environment and ensure the smooth functioning of all critical building systems.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities Manage HVAC, electrical, UPS, generator, plumbing, and fire protection systems Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements Lead and supervise facility team members Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor in a Contact Centre/BPO environment Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, electrical systems, and building maintenance Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Location: MYS Kuala Lumpur Nu Tower 2 Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time2026-10-02
