Your Role: Lead and develop the CA China team across all PS franchises; ensure clear goals, active IDPs, and a ONE PS collaborative mindset. Partner with PS China Sales and Global CA leadership to co-develop and execute the China CA strategy, aligned to commercial targets. Drive pre-sales engagements — Competitive Conversions, New Product Introductions, Product Adoption, and Application-Based Solutions — with focus on complex, multi-franchise opportunities. Leverage knowledge of China's biopharma landscape (domestic innovators, CDMOs, global pharma subsidiaries) to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities. Ensure the team maintains technical excellence across PS modalities (mAbs, ADCs, mRNA, Cell & Gene Therapy, small molecules); champion application consultancy to link customer needs to PS solutions. Monitor China market trends and NMPA regulatory developments; feed intelligence back to Global CA and Business Units. Serve as the primary CA interface between PS China and Global/Regional CA teams; collaborate with MSAT, TSS, Field Marketing, RSE, and Marcomm for integrated commercial execution. Who You Are: Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Additional education or certification in Business, Management, or Marketing is preferred. >12 years of relevant experience in the life science / biopharma industry, with significant China market exposure. >5 years of people management experience leading commercial or technical teams. Strong knowledge of the China biopharma landscape, including domestic pharma/biotech, CDMOs, and the NMPA regulatory environment. Proven commercial experience across the full sales cycle in the Biopharmaceutical industry. Experience with biological production across modalities: mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, mRNA, Cell and/or Gene Therapy. Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed, international organization.
