Planning Process Adherence Expert and Project Coordinator - VIE Contract Location: Spain, Barcelona Target start date: 01/12/2026 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. About the job As Planning Process Adherence Expert and Project Coordinator VIE within our Operational Excellence & Performance team, you will primarily support on the Process Adherence assessments, Supply Chain Learning Database maintenance, and key project deployment. Main responsibilities: Participate in maturity assessment activities that will help sustain the newly deployed E2E (End to End) SC (Supply chain) planning processes across Sanofi’s markets (downstream market SC) & manufacturing plants (upstream SC). Participate in monitoring the Planning CoE (Center of Excellence) backbone GOPs (Global Order Promising) update according to new changes in Core Model (Process or Tool). Participate in SC training library maintenance activities i.e. ensuring SC Training. Library Platforms (Sharepoint, iLearn) are up to date with the latest training documents. Track Kinaxis Advanced Planning System utilization in PowerBI. Produce support material and meeting minutes of various projects. Assist in coordination and deployment of relevant SC priority projects and ensure that project risks are identified, formalized and communicated. Support Projects related to Core Planning Processes inside Planning CoE perimeter. About you Experience: Previous experience in Supply Chain related areas (i.e. Production Planning, Supply Planning, Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, Analytics, SC Transformation, Digital Transformation, SC Excellence, or similar). Soft and technical skills: Desire to always keep learning and/or improving. Taking initiative and actively proposing ideas/solutions to make the project “move ahead. Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning principles (Production Planning, Supply Planning, Forecast, Sales and Operations Planning, Product Launch). Knowledge of Supply Chain Tools (SAP APO, Rapid Response/Kinaxis, PowerBI or similar) would be a strong advantage. Education: Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT or other related field. Languages: Fluent English (written and verbal). Spanish would be a plus.
