This position reports to: Support Services Specialist __ Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Work model: #LI-hybrid Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Managing a portfolio of customers, including the monitoring and follow-up of overdue invoices and invoices approaching their due dates. Liaising with customers to resolve queries, issues, and outstanding incidents in a timely manner. Preparing for and participating in regular review and follow-up meetings with Area Sales Managers. Providing administrative support to the sales organization and customers, including processing commercial credit notes and handling customer order-related issues. Qualifications for the Role Higher Vocational Grade in Business Administration or a related field. Previous experience of at least one year in an administrative role is desirable. Experience interacting with customers and supporting sales teams would be an advantage. Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in SAP and Excel will be valuable.
