Join us as we build a brand-new in-house Influencer & Community capability at P&G Greece. We're launching a new Influencer & Community Team inside our Brand organization across Greece, and you'll be at the heart of it. This is a chance to shape how some of the most loved brands in the region show up through creator partnerships, expert voices, culturally relevant content and real consumer conversations. 💶 Yearly gross starting salary: 40.040 EUR - this represents the starting salary for the role. We also recognize relevant experience and offer additional compensation accordingly. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. Overview of the role: As Influencer & Community Manager you'll own end-to-end influencer, creators, experts and community work for your category, from insight generation and talent selection through to content delivery, community engagement and performance optimization. You'll drive brand relevance, consumer trust and measurable impact across your P&G category. You'll also make sure creator-led moments live beyond campaigns, feeding ongoing conversation, advocacy and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other key platforms. Working closely with Brand, Media, Reputation and Advocacy and other stakeholders, you'll bring regional strategy to life in a way that is locally sharp, culturally relevant and built to perform to unlock the next generation of brand building. This is a hands-on role for someone who gets creator culture, platform dynamics and how to turn content and conversation into growth. Main role responsibilities: Influencer, Expert & Creator Strategy & Execution - Lead the locally relevant, end-to-end execution of influencer, creator and expert strategies in line with regional guidance—from identifying, vetting and onboarding talent across tiers to managing relationships, campaign governance, content approvals, rollout, budgets, performance reporting and optimization. Community Engagement & Advocacy - Own community engagement and advocacy across key social platforms in the local language, including account management, moderation, sentiment and risk monitoring, issue escalation, governance frameworks, and campaigns that turn creator content and consumer voices into ongoing conversation and advocacy. Content & Social Ecosystem Integration - Partner with Brand, Creative and Content Editor teams to build integrated, social-first content calendars, identify high-performing creator, expert and brand content for organic and paid amplification, and support timely, platform-native reactive content. Social Listening, Trends & Insights - Monitor local social conversations, cultural trends and competitor activity using internal and social listening tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations for content, creators and campaigns and sharing learnings across categories, markets and the SEE cluster. Governance, Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure all content, partnerships and contracting activities comply with brand guidelines, platform best practices, disclosure requirements and local advertising and HCP regulations in Greece, while advising internal teams, creators and experts and providing contracting inputs to the Purchasing & Standards Lead. Job Qualifications Our ideal candidate: Minimum Bachelors’ graduate. Business fluency in both Greek and English languages. Completed/Exempt from Military Service Requirements (if applicable). Previous first experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, community management or social media, with end-to-end campaign delivery.
