How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions in Poland is seeking a Lead Engineer specializing in Rotating Equipment to join our Cracow team, reporting to the local Discipline Manager, Fired & Rotating Equipment. Working within a dynamic project execution environment, you will take ownership of delivering assigned rotating packages in line with contractual requirements, quality, schedule, and cost efficiency. This is a key role in driving overall project success while collaborating closely with local leadership. Key responsibilities include: Independent coordination in the project execution including preparation of technical inquiries, technical bid analysis, technical orders and review of vendor documents. Coordination with other disciplines like instrumentation, civil and piping during project execution. Performing technical inspections at the manufacturer´s workshop. Supervision for installation and commissioning at site. Preparation and support for offers. Are you a MATCH? Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred Mechanical Engineering / Rotating Equipment). Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (at machine manufacturer, engineering office or in a chemical / petrochemical plant). Good communication skills in Polish and English language. Detailed knowledge of pump, steam turbine, reciprocating and turbo compressor design. Detailed knowledge of codes and standards for machines (e.g. API 610, API 617, API 618, API 619, ISO 5199, ASME for pressure vessels, PED, Machinery Regulation). 5 year experience of project execution of complex rotating equipment, after 3 years as leader/project engineer. Very good computer skills. Team work ability. Multi cultural attitude. Willingness to travel and to work for some time abroad in engineering centers or at construction sites.
