Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Chippenham. Acting as the central focal point for the site, you will ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of our facilities while providing a professional, welcoming environment for our staff, partners, and the local community. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related concerns and change activities, maintaining strong liaison with the leaseholder and the local community. Manage front-of-house and reception duties, ensuring a professional experience for subcontractor, partner, and VIP visits. Serve as the focal point for all Health and Safety management (including the FISH tool and escalations) and implement wider Airbus targets, such as sustainability initiatives. Oversee site logistics, including meeting room bookings, hospitality, IT equipment setup and testing, and management of the desk booking tool. Manage the site Access Control system to ensure secure and efficient entry for all personnel and visitors. Maintain site communications and manage essential office resources, including stationery, printer consumables, and the secure disposal of confidential and electrical waste. ABOUT YOU Experience of comprehensive office or facilities management, acting as the primary focal point for site operations, health and safety (H&S), and external leaseholder liaison. Experience of front-of-house coordination, delivering professional reception duties and seamlessly managing high-profile or VIP visitor logistics. Experience of managing administrative tools and systems, including access control platforms, desk booking software, and setting up meeting room IT equipment. Experience of coordinating site communications, managing office supplies, and overseeing secure waste disposal in a fast-paced environment. Not a 100% match? No worries!
