This position reports to: Division Product Material Compliance Mgr __ We are seeking a motivated working student for a Project Assistant to support our team in successfully executing various projects. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in organizing project activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project deadlines are met. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Project Assistant will have the responsibility of managing the Program Manager's administrative tasks and providing support as needed. Key responsibilities The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Researching, understanding, and communicating compliance requirements impacting our products, providing guidance. Preparing project-related documentation, presentations, and progress reports. Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying any potential roadblocks or issues. Providing administrative support to the Program Manager. Qualifications for the role Currently pursuing a master’s degree. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Interested in joining our team?
