Job Location WARSAW PLANT & GO Job Description We are looking for passionate and ambitious IT professional to join a experienced and innovative team for Retail Execution - whereby you will grow as a Quality Assurance Senior Automation Engineer, driving automation strategy among mobile and web applications. You will be able to grow and develop your automation skills thru Android and iOS platforms, working on interesting and challenging mobile application which integrate with Salesforce and other backend systems. With support and directions from an Senior Quality Assurance Manager you will take responsibility of transforming business requirements into real solutions - this includes testing, documenting and supporting product with automation process. Key Responsibilities: Driving the Quality Assurance Automation strategy, Translate system requirements and test cases into a automated scripts to support product stability and quality, Develop and test code to ensure it functions as designed, Implement automation scenarios across the software development life cycle steps preferring CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration, Fully integrate our automation framework with CI/CD, Work closely with product and developers teams for systems/services the software integrates with, Play a role in architecture and test design of the application where applicable/appropriate, Apply best practices in coding, version control, and solution design to ensure sustainability and long-term maintainability Job Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Software Testing having practical experience in test automation being able to use various tools and frameworks for UI, API, non-functional tests, amongst different versions in very dynamic environment, Extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver (Java), Appium, Nice to have: Cypress, Playwright (TypeScript), Robot Framework (Python), Familiarity with cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile test automation approaches, Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Page Object Model (POM), Page Factory and reusable test automation components, Hands-on experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack and Sauce Labs for cross-browser and cross-device test execution, Experience implementing automated test reporting, logging, screenshots, video recordings, and failure diagnostics, Experience in API testing: REST, SOAP, Postman, RestAssured Experience in non-functional, performance using e.g JMeter, LoadRunner, Experience in using test management tools such as Zephyr, Jira, etc Experience with test management and defect tracking tools including Jira, Zephyr, Azure Test Plans, and Confluence, Provide leadership in the evaluation of new and emerging trends in automation and assist in the development of testing estimates, Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Git, GitHub, and containerized environments, Provide leadership for architecture, design, and implementation of the QA framework including automation and CI/CD objectives, Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders, Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, quality metrics, risk-based testing, and ISTQB best practices, Excellent communication skills with fluent English and proven ability to lead quality initiatives across distributed international teams, The job is located in Warsaw, in Zabraniecka Office (Targówek) We offer P&G-sized projects and access to world leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1.
