In this role, you will act as the definitive cybersecurity voice, shaping the resilient cyber architectures that support missions critical systems definition. Areas of impact: Cybersecurity Responsibilities: Design, build, and oversee the implementation of system-wide security software systems. This includes creating the blueprints for IT Systems, applications, and data protection across on-premise and hybrid environments Lead and facilitate threat modeling sessions during the design phase to identify, categorize, and prioritize threats to the software system. Makes key decisions on technology and integration for the cybersecurity area Architect and champion, the implementation of Zero Trust frameworks, focusing on advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM), and micro-segmentation. Ensure all architectural designs meet or exceed stringent regulatory requirements and industry-specific mandates Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the security organization, providing high-level technical guidance to Security Engineers and mentoring junior architectural talent. Ensure all designs are compliant and aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, DCS) Govern technical and system solution designs with other stakeholders and partners Requirements : A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields. Minimum of 10 years Experience in Information Technology, with at least 7 years specifically in Cybersecurity and security architecture Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP) or similar would be a plus Extensive experience in IT, particularly in information security and software security Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, application security and systems integration Demonstrated expertise in modern security concepts such as Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management Interactions with SOC/Cyberdefence Knowledge of the defense domain cybersecurity constraints (NATO or national) including specific regulations and accreditation processes Knowledge of key security solutions: hardening of OS ,DB, IAM solutions, PKI, network security solutions (firewalls, proxies, WAF), virtualization security solutions (hypervisors, containers), DCS and Information Exchange Gateway Soft Skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an approachable way Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work independently through the entire writing process Good multi-tasking abilities and no problem in managing multiple topics at once Strong ability to think analytically plus a high level of flexibility to adapt to the different priorities Ability to work independently and in a team Quick learning of new topics and general sense of curiosity Very good English skills Excellent research and analysis capabilities Writing skills with a structured and synthetic approach Competencies: Customer focus Drive quality initiative Strong service orientation and delivery focus Solid communication and interpersonal skills are a must Working in a multicultural environment / as part of a team What do we offer you?
